About Northside Early Learning Center
Free pre-kindergarten program, funded by Federal and State funds, for qualified children and families up to the maximum funded capacity. Families are determined eligible for pre-kindergarten funding based on their verified family size, total annual gross income, and the maximum allowable income for eligibility. The maximum allowable income is determined by the Poverty Guideline, issued each January in the Federal Register by the Department of Health and Human Services, and is available online at www.hhs.gov.

ChurchillCSD is participating in the Summer Food Service Program!
Meals will be provided to all children ages 2-18 at NO CHARGE.
Please note: Meals will not be served on June 19 or June 29-July 3.
Important: Children must be present when meals are picked up. If a child is not present, the guardian must provide a birth certificate or school ID for the child receiving a meal.

We want to wish all of our staff, students, and families a joyful and restful Summer Break! We will welcome our Pre-K students back on August 31! If you need assistance during summer break, the District Office will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There are limited spaces available in the Northside Early Learning Center Pre-K Program. Applications can be filled out online and submitted to the ChurchillCSD District Office.
