NRS 388.245 dictates that notice must be given that the School-Site Emergency Operations Plan Committee has completed the review of the School-Site Emergency Operations Plan. Notice includes posting the Notice form upon completion of the plan, as well as posting a copy of the NRS statute 388.229 – 388.261, inclusive.
